Primate Palooza is an age 16 and up event.

Our sanctuary cares for around 150 animals and is 90% volunteer-driven as well as nearly 100% reliant on donations. Each year the Primate Palooza Fundraiser allows us to complete necessary updates and additions to our facility. Thanks to Primate Palooza 2022 guests, a new kitchen was constructed. The new workspace includes loads of counter space, plenty of storage, and 2 brand-new dishwashers. Our staff and volunteers cook and chop tirelessly, preparing 2 meals a day, plus nutritious snacks for over 150 animals.

Proceeds from this year's event will have a huge impact. To provide the best care for these amazing animals, we need to expand our veterinary clinic to treat our animals immediately on-site. In addition, we will be upgrading our restrooms and installing a new septic system, providing a better experience for all Sanctuary visitors. These weekly guests play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission. As a non-profit, we depend on the money raised from our Animal Experiences to:

  • Provide ingredients for a well-balanced diet.
  • Secure essential medications and treatments for optimal health.
  • Purchase special enrichment items that encourage climbing and exploring.
  • Educate the public about conservation and endangered species.

Classes are done rain or shine, So come prepared!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation and support is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your reservation, we respectfully request a 25% cancellation fee and at least a 7-day notice, after this period rescheduling will only be available.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee, the amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reservation cost. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before your reservation date, rescheduling will only be available.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your reservation for another time that is convenient for you.
  • We require a credit card and your reservation to be paid in full to hold your reservation date. Cancellation fees will be subtracted from booking costs and the remainder will be refunded.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
