Painting with Primates! Come join us for an incredible afternoon to benefit an incredible purpose.
Enjoy a memorable morning or afternoon surrounded by some incredible endangered species. Our lemurs and a local artist will help you paint a chosen picture on a canvas while sitting amongst the grandfather oaks that reside in our open habitat. Our lemur troop will be jumping from tree to tree and visiting you as you complete your painting. All materials will be included. This consists of paint, canvas, an easel, and brushes.
Each participant will leave with their work of art, which may or may not end up with Lemur handprints if youâre lucky đ
ATTN: All participants must be 13 and over when painting with adults only. Class 1.5-2 hours in total.
Where you will be painting: Our lemurs share their 10-acre habitat here at the sanctuary with other wonderful animals such as cavy, antelope, deer, and tortoises. You will go into the open habitat and watch the lemurs jump from tree to tree and even to you as you paint.
