Some moments are too special to share with strangers. Private Otter Swim Lessons gives your group the entire experience to yourselves — one hour in the pool with baby otter Siren, guided by her dedicated trainer, with no other guests, no shared time slots, and no interruptions.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning an unforgettable date, surprising a family member, or just want the most personal wildlife experience money can buy — this is it. You get Siren's full hour, the trainer's complete attention, and memories your whole group will be talking about for years.

- Reservations required — sessions book quickly
- Wear clothes or a swimsuit suitable for water — you will get wet
- Water shoes or secure footwear strongly recommended
- Bring your own towel and change of clothes
- Confirmation email sent after booking — no need to print
- Session proceeds rain or shine — come prepared
Your reservation and support are important to us. As a non-profit sanctuary, we depend on revenue from our Animal Experiences to care for the animals here.
Rescheduling
- Reschedule up to 7 days before your date — 25% rescheduling fee applies
- No rescheduling permitted within 7 days of the experience
Cancellations
- Cancel up to 7 days before your date — 50% cancellation fee applies
- Within 7 days, the full amount becomes a tax-exempt donation
- No-shows forfeit their entire event fee
Late Arrivals
- 30+ minutes late — we may be unable to accommodate you
- Same cancellation policy applies; we'll do our best to reschedule
- Full payment required at booking to hold your reservation
