Why go Private?
When you book a private session, the entire pool is reserved for your group only — no waiting to interact, no sharing the otter's attention, no strangers in your photos or videos. Your trainer is fully focused on your group for the entire hour.
Bringing 2 or 3 people? The entire experience is exclusively yours for $500 total — then just $125 per person after that.

Whichever option you choose, you'll be in the pool with baby otter Siren or Sailor — guided by their dedicated trainer as they splash, play, and discover the joy of swimming. Its a one-of-a-kind experience not available anywhere else.
Siren and Sailor's playful energy and adorable antics will melt your heart. You will be swimming with Siren or Sailor so you can help them practice in the water, interact with them up close and walk away with memories that last a halftime.
- In-pool experience with baby otter Siren or Sailor

- Hands-on time in a spacious, clean pool (~4 ft deep)

- 100% of proceeds fund Siren's care & the sanctuary
- Ages 8 and up for both experiences
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear clothes or a swimsuit suitable for water — you will get wet
- Water shoes or secure footwear strongly recommended
- Bring your own towel and change of clothes
- Confirmation email sent after booking — no need to print
- Sessions proceed rain or shine — come prepared
- Private sessions: Wednesdays only — book early as slots are very limited
Your reservation and support are important to us. As a non-profit sanctuary, we depend on revenue from our Animal Experiences to care for the animals here.
More Than 7 Days Before the Experience
- Reschedule at no charge
- Cancel for a 50% refund
7 Days or Fewer Before the Experience
- No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling
- To be considered for an exception, please email info@chasesanctuary.org. If any exception is granted it will incur a $25/person reschedule fee. This fee will be converted to a donation for the Sanctuary.
Late Arrivals
- Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled start time may be unable to participate
- Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling
