Come and help our otter handler get up close and feed our two adorable otters! These curious darlings are learning that humans can be fun and cool, and you'll have the unique opportunity to interact with them in a safe and calm environment.

You will be in a large pond area with the otters and their handler. To ensure the otters feel comfortable, it's important to stay calm and avoid any erratic movements that might startle them. You will feed them but will not hold them.

Interaction Guidelines

The otters are still building trust with humans. Please stay calm, move slowly, and follow your handler's lead at all times. Sudden movements or loud noises can startle them. Feeding only; no holding or grabbing.

Cancellation Policy
Your reservation and support are important to us. As a nonprofit sanctuary, we depend on revenue from our Animal Experiences to care for the animals here. Because availability is limited, this policy allows us time to fill openings when changes occur.
More Than 7 Days Before the Experience
• Reschedule at no charge
• Cancel for a 50% refund
7 Days or Fewer Before the Experience
• No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling
• To be considered for an exception, please email info@chasesanctuary.org. If any exception is granted it will incur a $25/person reschedule fee. This fee will be converted to a donation for the Sanctuary.
Late Arrivals
• Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled start time may be unable to participate
• Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling
Payment
• Full payment is required at booking to hold your reservation
